摘  要:给电子体对Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)钛系催化剂的发展起着重要作用。分析了丙烯和乙烯聚合中给电子体对催化活性中心、反应速率和产品分子量分布的不同影响机制,聚焦于给电子体的化学组成和结构、加入方式和组合搭配以及在不同催化体系中的作用结果,对用于调节Z-N钛系催化剂生产聚乙烯分子量分布的给电子体进行了详细地分类和评述,探讨了给电子体对聚乙烯分子量分布调控的未来研究方向。Electron donors play an important role in the development of Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)Ti-based catalysts.This paper analyzed different influencing mechanisms of electron donors on the catalytic active sites,reaction rates,and product molecular weight distribution during the polymerization of propylene and ethylene.Focusing on the various chemical compositions and structures of electron donors,as well as their methods of incorporation and combination and the action results within different catalytic systems,the study provided a detailed classification and review of electron donors used in Z-N Ti-based catalysts for polyethylene that can be used to control molecular weight distribution.Additionally,it explored future research directions for the control of molecular weight distribution by electron donors in polyethylene.
