摘 要:军品质量关乎人的生命、国家的安全,高品质的军品生产要保持质量稳定性,降低各种变更可能带来的质量风险。其中生产过程变更控制是产品生产中的一项重要活动,其核心任务是使变更处于受控条件,确保产品质量水平不降低。本文借鉴国际宇航项目管理经验,对标国际宇航行业对于生产过程变更的管理做法,在现有体系要求和流程的基础上,提出了军品生产过程变更管理的改进建议,以期为院军品生产过程变更控制提供新的思路。The quality of military products is related to human life and national security.High-quality military production should maintain quality stability and reduce the quality risks brought by various changes.Among them,the production process change control is an important activity in the product production,whose core task is to keep the change under control and ensure that the product quality level is not reduced.This paper draws on the experience of international aerospace project management,compares the management practices of the international aerospace industry for the production process change,and proposes the improvement of the change management of military production process on the basis of the existing system requirements and process,in order to provide new ideas for the change control of military production process.
