摘　　要：在钢铁企业中,原燃料检测方式大多采用的是人工取样、制样、送样、检测,存在着人工成本高、检测效率低、人为影响波动大、检测周期长、职业健康危害大和廉政风险高等诸多问题,原燃料检测过程标准化实施变得尤为重要。本文通过理顺标准化流程,明确岗位分工和职责,建立统一的执行标准、考核标准,从而在生产现场实施标准化管理。同时通过标准化与自动化、信息化的融合,强化标准化管理在原燃料检测现场的落地执行。标准化管理在原燃料检测现场的应用,有利于更好的推进新工艺、新技术、新设备的建设,进一步保障安全生产,提高经济效益,增强了企业竞争力。In steel enterprises,the majority of raw material testing methods use manual sampling,sample preparation,sample delivery,and testing,which have many problems such as high labor costs,low testing efficiency,large fluctuations in human influence,long testing cycles,high occupational health hazards,and high integrity risks.Therefore,the standardization of the raw material testing process has become particularly important.This article clarifies the standardization process,clarifies job division and responsibilities,establishes unified execution and assessment standards,and implements standardized management on the production site.At the same time,through the integration of standardization,automation,and informatization,we will strengthen the implementation of standardized management at the raw material testing site.The application of standardized management in raw material testing sites is conducive to better promoting the construction of new processes,technologies,and equipment,further ensuring safety production,improving economic efficiency,and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
