摘  要:对ISO 10425中新增压实股钢丝绳类型的“非标破断拉力”进行举例说明。根据客户提出的32.00 mm IPS级钢丝绳需求,从ISO 10425标准中查出31.80、34.90 mm的钢丝绳破断拉力,利用插值公式计算出32.00 mm的破断拉力。从生产现场连续抽取20个样本,获得样本的平均值、标准偏差;根据单侧假设检验方法,对标准数据以及现场获得的数据进行联合检验,数据计算结果显示:在使用ISO 10425时,对于标准中没有明确强度概念的钢丝绳,“非标破断拉力”可采用插值公式进行理论计算;实践数据与计算数据的符合程度可用单侧假设检验进行验证。The Non-standard breaking tensile force of new type of compacted strand wire rope in ISO 10425 is illustrated with examples.According to the requirement of 32.00 mm IPS steel wire rope put forward by customers,the breaking tensile force of 31.80 mm and 34.90 mm steel wire rope was found out from ISO 10425 standard,and the breaking tensile force of 32.00 mm was calculated by interpolation formula.The average and standard deviation of 20 samples were obtained from the production site,and the standard data and the data obtained from the production site were tested jointly according to the onesided hypothesis test method,the results show that:when using ISO 10425,the Non-standard breaking tensile force can be calculated by the interpolation formula for the wire rope without definite strength concept in the standard.The consistency between practical data and calculated data can be verified by one-sided hypothesis test.
