摘 要:在免加热直接轧制过程中,连铸坯在浇铸和输送过程中温降较大,导致产品性能波动较大。本文主要从连铸坯温度场、温降过程进行对比分析,采用快速直轧和保温直轧两种方式在Ф25热轧带肋钢筋进行实验,对轧后产品的组织和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,保温直轧工艺对缓减铸坯温度波动具有重要作用。快速直轧后的产品强度指标虽然高于保温直轧工艺,但波动较大,稳定性差。沿钢坯轧制方向,产品的强度指标呈两端高中间低的趋势。因此,为了产品性能稳定可控,保温直轧工艺对生产抗震钢筋产品更为有利,同时提出了新的工艺解决方案。In the process of DROF,it is large for the temperature drop of continuous casting billet in the casting and conveying process,which leads to the fluctuation of product performance.In this paper,the temperature field and temperature drop process of continuous casting billet were compared and analyzed,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ф25 hot rolled ribbed bar were studied by rapid direct rolling and heat preservation direct rolling.The results show that the heat preservation process plays an important role in reducing the temperature fluctuation of the billet.Although the strength index of the product after rapid direct rolling is higher than that of the heat preservation direct rolling process,the fluctuation is large and the stability is poor.Along the direction of billet rolling,the strength index of the product is higher at both ends and lower in the middle.Therefore,in order to stabilize and control the performance of the product,the heat preservation direct rolling process is more beneficial to the production of anti-seismic rebar products,and a new process solution is proposed.
