摘  要:介绍了上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司炼铁厂二号高炉热风炉烟气排放现状,阐述了热风炉烟气脱硫技术的工艺选择、工艺原理和技术特点,通过应用钙基脱硫技术,热风炉烟气SO_(2)和NO_(X)排放浓度分别达到了15~30 mg/m^(3)和100~120 mg/m^(3),颗粒物排放浓度<10 mg/m^(3),均符合国家超低排放标准要求,具有推广和借鉴意义。This article introduces the current situation of flue gas emissions from the hot blast stove of the No.2 blast furnace in Shanghai Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The process selection,process principle,and technical characteristics of the hot blast stove flue gas desulfurization technology are elaborated.By applying calcium based desulfurization technology,the SO_(2) and NO_(X) emission concentrations of the hot blast stove flue gas have reached 15~30 mg/m^(3) and 100~120 mg/m^(3),respectively,and the particulate matter emission concentration is less than 10 mg/m^(3),which meets the national ultra-low emission standard requirements and has promotion and reference significance.
