摘  要:输电线路覆冰时会严重危害电力系统稳定运行,为了能够准确检测输电线路的覆冰状态,本研究提出了一种基于遗传算法结合图像处理的输电线路覆冰检测方法。该方法首先将图像灰度化并对图像进行增强处理;然后对增强后的图像进行改进的中值滤波处理,去除噪声;接着通过遗传算法迭代计算图像最佳阈值,根据计算的最佳阈值对图像进行分割;最后对分割图像进行形态学处理和连通域分析,去除背景相关部分。结果表明,该方法能够快速准确地检测出覆冰部分,为输电线路的安全运行提供了有效的保障。Icing of transmission lines will seriously endanger the stable operation of power systems.To accurately detect the icing state of transmission lines,this paper proposes a transmission line icing detection method based on genetic algorithm and image processing.Firstly,the images were grayed and enhanced in this method,after that,the enhanced images were performed by the improved median filtering to remove noise.Scecondly,the optimal threshold of the image was iteratively calculated by the genetic algorithm to divide the images,afterwards the morphological process and connected domain analysis was performed to divided images to remove the background related part.The experimental results show that the method can detect the icing part quickly and accurately providing an effective guarantee for the safe operation of transmission lines.
