摘 要:本研究提出了一种基于用户响应度的电动汽车有序充电策略。首先,通过建立电动汽车用户出行的概率函数,利用蒙特卡洛模拟电动汽车无序充电负荷;其次,针对不同的用户,提出了基于心理学的用户响应模型;最后,构建了以电网负荷波动最小,用户用电成本最小为目标的用户响应电价优化模型,并采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对该问题求解。通过仿真分析表明,该模型不仅能降低负荷波动,同时能够保证用户的利益。An orderly charging strategy for electric vehicles based on user responsiveness was proposesd.Firstly,by establishing a probability function for the travel of electric vehicle users,Monte Carlo simulation was used to simulate the disorderly charging load of electric vehicles.Secondly,a psychology based user response model was proposed for different users.Finally,a user response electricity price optimization model was constructed with the goal of minimizing grid load fluctuations and minimizing user electricity costs,and the NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the problem.Simulation analysis shows that this model can not only reduce load fluctuations,but also ensure the interests of users.
