摘　　要：随着新一代信息技术革命、新工业革命、制造业与服务业融合发展的深入,“四新”(新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式)经济形态逐渐成为推动社会经济发展的重要力量。基于此,法学专业计算机通识课程的教学资源优化显得尤为重要。文章旨在探讨“四新”背景下法学专业计算机通识课程的教学现状、问题,并提出教学资源优化的策略与方案,以期提高教学效果,培养具备跨学科素养的法学人才。With the deepening of the new generation of information technology revolution,new industrial revolution,and the integration of manufacturing and service industries,the“four new”(new technology,new industry,new format,new model)economic form has gradually become an important force in promoting social and economic development.In this context,the optimization of teaching resources for computer general education courses in law majors is particularly important.This article aims to explore the teaching status and problems of computer general education courses in the field of law under the background of the“Four New”,and propose strategies and plans for optimizing teaching resources,in order to improve teaching effectiveness and cultivate interdisciplinary legal talents.
