摘　　要：以OBE理念的产出为导向,从价值塑造、能力培养和知识传授三位一体的角度制定育人目标。首先,构建双专业教师融合的循环模式,打造“老中青结合、传帮带、师徒制”的课程教学团队;其次,创新课堂教学模式,提出反馈式课堂思政教学模式,通过多课程间的反馈教学,分析各课程间的重点难点关联度,以达到“知行合一”的教学效果。近年来的课程建设总结表明,教学效果显著,学生的综合素养得到了明显提升。Guided by the OBE concept,develop educational goals from the perspective of value shaping,ability cultivation,and knowledge transmission.Firstly,establish a circular model for the integration of dual professional teachers,and build a curriculum teaching team that combines old,middle-aged,and young students,provides guidance and mentorship,and adopts a master apprentice system.Secondly,innovate the classroom teaching mode and propose a feedback based classroom ideological and political teaching mode.Through feedback teaching between multiple courses,analyze the correlation between the key and difficult points of each course,in order to achieve the teaching effect of“integrating knowledge and action”.The summary of curriculum construction in recent years shows that the teaching effect is significant,and students̓comprehensive literacy has been significantly improved.
