摘  要:应急通信需要高效、可靠、快速响应的通信网络,传统地面通信方式在极端情况下往往难以满足需求。以高速率、低时延和广覆盖的优势,5G网络为应急通信提供了技术支持,而卫星通信则可以在地面网络中断或覆盖不足时确保通信的连续性。文章从当前应急通信的需求出发,分析了5G与卫星通信协同应用的潜在优势,提出了一种基于5G专网与多卫星系统相结合的应急通信优化方案,旨在提升应急响应的能力和效率。Emergency communication requires efficient,reliable and fast response communication networks,and traditional ground communication methods are often difficult to meet the needs in extreme cases.With the advantages of high speed,low delay and wide coverage,5G networks provide technical support for emergency communications,while satellite communications can ensure the continuity of communication when the ground network is interrupted or coverage is insufficient.Based on the current emergency communication needs,this paper analyzes the potential advantages of 5G and satellite communication collaborative application,and proposes an emergency communication optimization scheme based on the combination of 5G private network and multi-satellite system,aiming at improving the ability and efficiency of emergency response.
