摘　　要：随着电气设备试验数据的增多和报告编制过程的复杂化,传统手工编写试验报告的方式已经无法满足实验室和企业的需求。文章提出了一种电气设备试验报告自动生成系统的设计与优化方案。首先,对自动生成系统的需求(包括系统的基本概念、试验数据的采集与处理以及技术要求)进行了分析。其次,设计了系统的整体架构,包括数据处理与管理模块以及报告生成与输出模块。再次,详细介绍了系统的实现与优化方法,包括性能优化技术和系统的维护与升级。最后,探讨了系统的应用前景和推广方向。With the increase of test data of electrical equipment and the tedious process of report preparation,the traditional manual way of writing test reports has been unable to meet the needs of laboratories and enterprises.This paper presents a design and optimization scheme of an automatic test report generation system for electrical equipment.Firstly,the requirements of the automatic generation system(including the basic concept of the system,the collection and processing of test data and the technical requirements)are analyzed.Secondly,the overall architecture of the system is designed,including data processing and management module and report generation and output module.Thirdly,the realization and optimization methods of the system are introduced in detail,including performance optimization technology and system maintenance and upgrade.Finally,the application prospect and extension direction of the system are discussed.
