摘　　要：基于医院信息系统(HIS),构建一套临床路径评估与管理体系,以实现对单病种临床路径的有效管控,并对其进行标准化、规范化管理,从而减少患者的住院费用。目前,盐城市第三人民医院各科室持续扩大病例数量和疾病种类,实施了180余条临床路径,在诊疗方案、治疗疗程、抗菌药物使用和辅助用药等方面均明显优于非临床路径。通过对患者的临床路径进行评估,可以有效增强患者的诊断和治疗效果,缩短平均住院天数,从而进一步提升医院的整体水平。Based on the Hospital Information System(HIS),a clinical pathway evaluation and management system is constructed to effectively control and standardize the clinical pathways of individual diseases,thereby reducing hospitalization costs for patients.At present,various departments of the Yancheng Third People̓s Hospital continue to expand the number of cases and types of diseases,and have implemented more than 180 clinical pathways,which are significantly better than non-clinical pathways in terms of diagnosis and treatment plans,treatment courses,use of antibiotics,and adjuvant drugs.By evaluating the clinical pathway of patients,it is possible to effectively enhance their diagnosis and treatment outcomes,shorten the average length of hospital stay,and further improve the overall level of the hospital.
