摘  要:在当前信息技术迅猛发展的背景下,网络攻击和数据泄露事件频繁发生,严重威胁组织的信息安全。为了应对内部操作失误和外部黑客攻击,组织必须制定并实施一套科学、规范的信息系统安全运维方案。这不仅有助于构建稳固的防护体系,确保网络与数据资产的安全,还能提高安全事件的响应效率,减少安全隐患,满足日益严格的法律法规要求。其中,方案的核心在于建立网络安全管理体系、提升日常安全管理、加强数据保护、优化系统安全策略,以及完善特殊时期的安全管理。通过设立网络安全领导机构,明确职责并制定应急响应机制,定期开展安全检查与演练,企业能在复杂多变的网络环境中保持竞争优势。Against the backdrop of rapid development of information technology,network attacks and data breaches occur frequently,posing a serious threat to organizational information security.In order to cope with internal operational errors and external hacker attacks,organizations must develop and implement a scientific and standardized information system security operation and maintenance plan.This not only helps to build a stable protection system,ensuring the security of network and data assets,but also improves the efficiency of responding to security incidents,reduces security risks,and meets increasingly strict legal and regulatory requirements.The core of the plan lies in establishing a network security management system,enhancing daily security management,strengthening data protection,optimizing system security strategies,and improving security management during special periods.By establishing a cybersecurity leadership structure,clarifying responsibilities,and developing emergency response mechanisms,conducting regular security inspections and drills,enterprises can maintain a competitive advantage in complex and ever-changing network environments.
