摘　　要：本试验旨在研究不同发酵饲料产品对肉鸡生长性能的影响。试验选择432只5日龄AA白羽肉鸡分成对照组、试验A组和试验B组。试验分四个阶段:5~10日龄每组6个重复,每个重复24只鸡;11~19日龄每组12个重复,每个重复12只鸡;20~30日龄每组18个重复,每个重复8只鸡;31~39日龄每组24个重复,每个重复6只鸡,试验期35 d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组4日龄后在每吨基础日粮中分别添加50 kg发酵饲料Ⅰ、50 kg发酵饲料Ⅱ。结果显示:11~19日龄,发酵饲料Ⅰ组肉鸡料肉比显著高于发酵饲料Ⅱ组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,20~39日龄发酵饲料Ⅰ组肉鸡增重显著降低(P<0.05),料肉比显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,在5~39日龄白羽肉鸡日粮中添加发酵饲料产品未表现明显改善生长性能的效果,但可以降低造肉成本。This study aims to investigate the effects of different fermented feed products on the growth performance of broiler chickens.4325-day-old AA white feathered broiler chickens were selected for the experiment and divided into 3 groups,with 6 replicates in each group from 5 to 10 days old,and 24 chickens in each replicate;Each group consists of 12 replicates at 11-19 days of age,with 12 chickens per replicate;18 replicates per group at 20-30 days of age,with 8 chickens per replicate;From 31 to 39 days old,each group consists of 24 replicates,with 6 chickens per replicate,and the experimental period lasts for 35 days.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the experimental group was fed 50 kg of fermented feedⅠand 50 kg of fermented feedⅡper ton of basic diet after 4 days of age.The results showed that at 11-19 days of age,the feed to meat ratio of broiler chickens in the fermented feed groupⅠwas significantly higher(P<0.05)than that in the fermented feed groupⅡ;At 20-39 days of age,compared with the control group,the weight gain of broiler chickens in the fermented feed groupⅠwas significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05).Research has shown that adding fermented feed products to the diet of 5-39 day old white feathered broiler chickens did not significantly improve growth performance,but could reduce the cost of broiler meat production.
