摘 要:种蛋消毒在种禽蛋的孵化过程中是非常重要的环节,消毒可以杀灭种蛋上附着的病菌微生物,防止病菌侵入蛋内,影响胚胎发育甚至导致胚胎死亡,从而影响孵化率。本次试验研究一种含碘浓度很低的新型碘消毒制剂在种蛋消毒中的应用以及对种蛋孵化率的影响。试验结果显示,这种新型碘消毒剂对提高种鸭蛋、种鸡蛋的孵化率有明显效果,为今后的种蛋消毒提供新的思路和参考。Disinfection of seed eggs is a very important link in the incubation process of seed eggs.The disinfection process can kill germs attached to the seed eggs,prevent germs from invading the eggs,affect embryo development and even lead to embryo death,thus affecting the hatching rate.This experiment studied the application of a new iodine disinfection preparation with very low iodine concentration in the disinfection of seed eggs and its effect on the hatching rate of seed eggs.The results showed that the new iodine disinfectant had obvious effect on improving the hatching rate of cultured duck eggs and eggs,and provided a new idea and reference for the disinfection of breeding eggs in the future.
