摘　　要：本文概述了头孢噻呋钠的工艺及其在家禽应用方面的研究进展,包括头孢噻呋钠的合成工艺、家禽药代动力学、临床应用、毒性和不良反应、问题与进展等。头孢噻呋钠抗菌谱广,药代学特征优良,是用于家禽最广泛的粉针类兽药。但市售部分头孢噻呋钠原料的合成工艺还需进一步改进,临床使用还应优化方案和规范使用,以便发挥好头孢噻呋钠的动物专用、高效抗菌特性,取得更好的抗菌效果。The research and progress on the technology of ceftiofur sodium and its application in poultry are reviewed in this paper.It covers synthesis process,poultry pharmacokinetics,clinical application,toxicity and adverse reactions,problems and progress.Ceftiofur sodium has a wide antibacterial spectrum and excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics,and is the most widely used poultry powder injection drug.However,the synthesis process of some ceftiofur sodium raw materials needs to be further improved,and the scheme and standard use should be optimized for clinical use,so as to give full play to the animal specific and efficient antibacterial characteristics of ceftiofur sodium and achieve better antibacterial effect.
