摘 要:以镀层厚度均为0.7 mm的DC56D+ZM钢板和DC56D+Z钢板为研究对象,利用板材成形拉延筋摩擦试验机、板材综合成形试验机、扫描电镜和MTS纳米压痕试验机,试验验证锌铝镁镀层钢板解决冲压开裂的可行性和机理。结果表明:锌铝镁镀层表面摩擦因数较纯锌镀层低25%,锌铝镁镀层钢板成形极限性能优于纯锌镀层钢板;锌铝镁镀层细小的晶粒尺寸和较高的硬度使镀层具有更低、更稳定的表面摩擦因数,可显著提高钢板的成形性能,能够有效改善汽车零件的冲压开裂问题。In this research,DC56D+ZM steel plate and DC56D+Z steel plate with coating thickness of 0.7 mm are taken as the research objects.The feasibility and mechanism of Zn-Al-Mg coated steel plate to solve stamping cracking are verified by using friction testing machine for sheet metal forming and stretching ribs,sheet comprehensive forming testing machine,scanning electron microscope,and MTS nanoindentation testing machine.The results show that the surface friction coefficient of the Zn-Al-Mg coating is 25%lower than that of the pure zinc coating.The forming limit performance of Zn-Al-Mg coated steel plates is better than that of pure zinc coated steel plates.Due to the finer grain size and higher hardness of the Zn-Al-Mg coating,the coating has a lower and more stable surface friction coefficient,which can significantly improve the forming performance of the steel plate and effectively improve the stamping cracking problem of automobile parts.
