摘  要:为了分析注浆压力对松散层注浆改造效果的影响,采用室内试验的方法,围绕不同注浆压力对浆液在孔隙介质中的渗透效果和扩散规律展开研究。试验研究表明,浆液在孔隙介质中的渗透扩散半径与注浆压力有关,当注浆压力低于0.08 MPa时,浆液扩散半径会迅速减小;当注浆压力高于0.08 MPa时,浆液扩散半径缓慢增大;注浆改造能够显著提高孔隙介质的防渗能力,距注浆孔越近的被注介质的渗透系数越小,防渗能力越强,防渗能力最高可提升约99%;在无水环境下对孔隙介质进行注浆改造时,结石体形态多为圆台型,浆液扩散半径上窄下宽。该研究成果可为松散层注浆防渗改造提供理论支持。In order to analyze the influence of grouting pressure on the grouting transformation effect of loose layers,the indoor experiments are conducted to study the permeability and diffusion law of grout in porous media under different grouting pressures.The experimental studies have shown that the diffusion radius of grout in porous media is related to the grouting pressure.When the grouting pressure is below 0.08 MPa,the diffusion radius of grout will rapidly decrease;When the grouting pressure is higher than 0.08 MPa,the diffusion radius of the slurry slowly increases;Grouting transformation can significantly improve the anti-seepage ability of porous media.The closer the injection hole is,the smaller the permeability coefficient of the injected medium,the stronger the anti-seepage ability,and the highest anti-seepage ability can be increased by about 99%;When grouting and transforming porous media in an anhydrous environment,the shape of the stone body is mostly a circular cone shape,with a narrow diffusion radius of the slurry.This research achievement can provide theoretical support for the anti-seepage transformation of loose layer grouting.
