摘 要:为探究碳酸钙粉体在密闭管道中对甲烷-煤尘耦合爆炸的抑制效果及其作用机制,本文采用数值分析方法进行研究。分析结果表明,碳酸钙浓度为250 g/m^(3)且极限粒径为58μm时,抑爆效果最佳,能有效降低煤尘燃烧反应速率,降低爆炸强度。碳酸钙通过吸附在煤尘表面形成保护膜、增加煤尘间隙、降低接触面积、热解吸热、产生CO_(2)和CaO等作用来抑制爆炸。但是,碳酸钙浓度过高和粒径过大可能导致其结块,不易形成惰性粉尘云,反而加剧局部温度和压力的升高,因此合理选择碳酸钙的浓度和粒径对抑制甲烷-煤尘爆炸至关重要。To investigate the suppression effect of calcium carbonate powder on the coupled explosion of methane and coal dust in a sealed pipeline and its mechanism of action,a numerical analysis method is used for the study.The analysis results indicate that the best suppression effect is achieved when the concentration of calcium carbonate is 250g/m^(3) and the maximum particle size is 58μm,which can effectively reduce the combustion reaction rate of coal dust and the intensity of the explosion.Calcium carbonate inhibits the explosion by adsorbing on the surface of coal dust to form a protective film,increasing the gaps between coal dust particles,reducing contact area,endothermic decomposition,and producing CO_(2) and CaO.However,a high concentration and large particle size of calcium carbonate may lead to clumping,making it difficult to form an inert dust cloud,which could instead intensify the increase in local temperature and pressure.Therefore,the reasonable selection of the concentration and particle size of calcium carbonate is crucial for suppressing the explosion of methane-coal dust.
