摘 要:随着煤矿智能化开采的快速发展,煤矿智能采矿专业方向人才需求非常旺盛。但是我国煤矿智能采矿专业方向人才培养体系尚未完全建立起来,导致我国煤矿智能采矿专业方向人才培养严重不足,制约了我国煤矿智能采矿技术的发展。因此,培养智能采矿专业方向知识、技能的复合型人才迫在眉睫。本文通过分析我国煤矿智能化人才培养现状,以应急管理大学(筹)特色专业和河北省矿山智能化开采技术重点实验室智能开采实验中心(包括微型实验模拟矿井、三维虚拟仿真实验平台)为依托,充分吸收传统课程内容并从课程知识体系的重构与优化、因材施教、师资队伍建设等方面,总结出“智慧矿山校园化、井下一线课堂化、理论教学现场化”的教学实践新模式。该教学模式成功在应急管理大学(筹)实施,有效帮助学生在新形势下迅速向采矿技术复合型人才转变,助力学校完成人才培养目标,并为我国采矿业智能化人才的培养模式提供借鉴。With the rapid development of intelligent mining in coal mines,the demand for talents in the direction of intelligent mining in coal mines is very strong.However,the talent training system in the direction of intelligent mining in coal mines in China has not yet been fully established,resulting in a serious shortage of talent training in the direction of intelligent mining in coal mines in China,which restricts the development of intelligent mining technology in coal mines in China.Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate compound talents with knowledge and skills in the direction of intelligent mining.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of intelligent talents in coal mines in China,this paper takes the characteristic specialty of emergency management university(preparation)and the intelligent mining experimental center of the key laboratory of intelligent mining technology in Hebei Province(including micro-experimental simulation mine,three-dimensional virtual simulation experimental platform,etc.)as the basis,fully absorbs the traditional curriculum content,and from the reconstruction and optimization of the curriculum knowledge system,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and the construction of teaching staff,etc.summed up the'wisdom mine campus,underground first-line classroom,theoretical teaching field'of the new model.teaching practice of This teaching mode has been successfully implemented in the University of Emergency Management,which effectively helps students to quickly transform into compound talents of mining technology under the new situation,helps the school to complete the goal of talent training,and provides reference for the training mode of intelligent talents of mining industry in China.
