摘 要:反应堆控制棒驱动线落棒时间计算是反应堆设计和安全评估的重要工作之一。目前大量研究未对驱动线组件横向振动的流固耦合效应及其下落过程的冲击及碰撞摩擦力进行充分考虑与分析。本文建立了控制棒冲击模型及摩擦力模型,并给出了分离与未分离控制棒组件与燃料组件冲击运动方程。重点讨论了刚度值、摩擦系数等对冲击力的影响,并采用有限元方法对不同参数的影响进行了仿真,获得了落棒过程中影响落棒时间和冲击的重要参数。通过与试验数据对比,计算结果与试验数据较为吻合,满足工程设计要求。The rod drop time calculation of the control rod drive line is one of the most important work for reactor design and safety assessment.At present,a large number of studies have not fully considered and analyzed the fluid-structure interaction in the transverse vibration and the impact and collision friction of the control rod drive line during the rod dropping process.The impact model and friction models of the control rod drive line are established,as well as the impact motion equations of the control rod cluster assembly and fuel assembly when considering separated and un-separated states.The effects of stiffness and friction coefficient on the impact force are emphatically discussed,and related parameters are obtained by using the FEM method for simulation in the process of rod dropping and impact.The rod dropping time,velocity and related simulation results are fairly close to the test data.
