摘  要:以解决某电厂1000MW机组在正常运行过程中经济性下降的问题为目标,对机组煤耗偏高的原因进行了详细的分析,得出机组背压升高、空预器存在部分堵塞以及炉底干排渣系统存在漏风导致锅炉排烟热损失增加、再热器减温水用量偏大等会导致煤耗偏高的结论。采取了凝汽器及真空系统查漏及优化、空预器吹灰系统优化及脱硝NH4逃逸率控制、再热器汽温调节手段优化等一系列措施,最终提高了机组运行的经济性,同时为同类型机组的经济运行提供了有价值的参考。With the goal of solving the problem of economic decline of a 1000MW unit of a power plant during normal operation,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for the high coal consumption of the unit,and concludes that the high coal consumption will be caused by the increase of the back pressure of the unit,the decrease of the circulation efficiency due to the rise of the condensate temperature in the condenser hot well,the partial blockage of the air preheater and the increase of boiler exhaust gas heat loss due to air leakage in the dry slag discharge system at the bottom of the furnace,and the large amount of desuperheated water used in the reheater.A series of measures,such as the cleaning of the air preheater and the optimization of the soot blowing system,and the optimization of the steam temperature adjustment method of the reheater,finally improve the economic operation of the unit,and provide a valuable reference for the economic operation of the same type of unit.
