摘 要:为厘清不同树龄的楸树根际和内生真菌群落多样性及其演替特征,探究根际和内生真菌与楸树生长繁育的内在联系,通过ITS rRNA扩增子测序技术比较分析2、4、8 a和12 a树龄的楸树根际和内生真菌群落多样性、菌群结构、营养模式和生态功能类型。结果显示:根际真菌与内生真菌的Beta多样性存在显著差异,根际真菌的丰富度和多样性均高于内生真菌,楸树根际和内生真菌的优势菌门均是子囊菌门和担子菌门。随着树龄增加,子囊菌门在根际和内生真菌中相对丰度均呈增加趋势,而担子菌门相对丰度逐渐降低。不同树龄楸树根际和内生真菌的优势菌属均存在不同,根际和内生真菌具有不同的标志物种。共生型是楸树根际和内生真菌的主要营养模式,随着楸树树龄增加,根际和内生真菌均逐步由共生营养型向腐生营养型转变。楸树根际和内生真菌的主要生态功能类型均为丛枝菌根,且随着树龄增加其相对丰度均趋向弱化,同时楸树抵御病原真菌侵害能力逐步加强。研究结果表明:树龄影响了楸树根际和内生真菌群落多样性、菌群结构、营养模式和生态功能类型。To explore the community diversity and succession characteristics of rhizosphere and root endophytic fungi of Catalpa bungei with different tree-ages,as well as the relationship between rhizosphere/endophytic fungi and the growth/reproduction of C.bungei.The community diversity,microflora structure,trophic pattern and ecological function of rhizosphere and root endophytic fungi of C.bungei with 2,4,8 and 12 tree-ages were compared by the ITS rRNA amplicon sequencing analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in Beta diversity between rhizosphere and root endophytic fungi,and the abundance and diversity of rhizosphere fungi were higher than root endophytic fungi.Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were the dominant phyla of both rhizosphere and root endophytic fungi,and the relative abundance of Ascomycota increased while Basidiomycota decreased with the tree-ages of C.bungei increased.The most abundant under genus level of root rhizosphere and endophytic fungi were both different in different tree-ages C.bungei,and the rhizosphere and root endophytic fungi also had different marker species.Symbiosis was the main trophic dynamic model of endophytic and root rhizosphere fungi,which changed gradually from symbiosis to saprophytic nutrient type with the tree-aged of C.bungei increased.The main ecological function type of both endophytic and root rhizosphere fungi were arbuscular mycorrhiza,while it tended to weaken steadily with the tree-ages of C.bungei increased,at the same time,the ability of resisting pathogen fungi gradually strengthened.Therefore,the tree-ages of C.bungei affected the community diversity,microflora structure,trophic pattern and ecological type of the rhizosphere and root endophytic fungi.
