摘 要:云南切梢小蠹是导致云南松死亡最多的一种蛀干害虫,已严重影响云南乃至我国西南地区的生物、生态安全和林草高质量发展。为进一步明确云南切梢小蠹成虫虫源的化学信息物质,用溶剂提取法和顶空动态法分别提取了云南切梢小蠹雌、雄成虫在蛀梢期、蛀干前期(预处理寄主时)和蛀干期的消化道和粪便挥发物,并进行GC-MS分析。结果显示:实验共从云南切梢小蠹的雌、雄成虫消化道和粪便挥发物中鉴定出18种成分,包括单萜类13种、倍半萜类1种、烷烃类3种以及脂肪酸衍生物1种。雌雄两性在化学物质组成上相似,但不同取食阶段,无论是雌虫(A=0.8201,P=0.002)或是雄虫(A=0.733,P=0.001),消化道挥发物的组分和含量均有着显著差异。同时,雌雄成虫在蛀干前期(预处理寄主时)和蛀干期的挥发物中均含有较多源于寄主的活性物质α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、β-月桂烯和3-蒈烯,而聚集信息素顺-马鞭草烯醇、反-马鞭草烯醇和马鞭草烯酮的含量亦会增加,显示出共同调节云南切梢小蠹种群数量的特性。研究结果为下一步“整合”化学信息物质用于云南切梢小蠹的生态调控提供参考。The Yunnan pine shoot beetle,Tomicus yunnanensis Kirkendall and Faccoli,is a notorious wood-boring pest that causes large-scale damage to trees of Pinus yunnanensis.There is a high potentially lead to significant risks for biosecurity and high-quality development of forests and grasslands in Yunnan and its adjacent province of Southwest China.To evaluate the semiochemicals originated from T.yunnanensis adults,the volatiles in alimentary canal and feces of female and male of T.yunnanensis adults located in the three habitats during its life cycle,including shoot feeding stage,early stage of stem breeding stage(i.e.predisposed trees),and stem breeding stage,were extracted using of solvent extraction and headspace dynamics,and GC-MS analysis was performed.The results showed that a total of 18 compositions were identified from the alimentary canal and feces volatiles of female and male adults of T.yunnanensis,including 13 monoterpenes,1 sesquiterpene,3 alkanes and 1 fatty acid derivative.There was no significant difference in the chemical compositions between male and female,but significant differences occur on the chemical compositions and relative amounts of alimentary canal of female(A=0.8201,P=0.002)and male(A=0.733,P=0.001)from three feeding habitats.Furthermore,the volatiles of male and female adults in the early stage of stem breeding stage and stem breeding stage involved in more active compositions originated from the host tree such asα-pinene,β-pinene,β-myrcene and 3-carene,and aggregation pheromones covered cis-verbenol,trans-verbenol and verbenone also increased.The change dynamics of semiochemcials of T.yunnanensis adults mirror the jointly characteristics of regulation on the population of T.yunnanensis.The present results provide a reference for the ecological regulation and management of pests using of semiochemicals of T.yunnanensis.
