摘  要:为研究巨柏移植苗在不同移植年限下生长状况的差异,以生长5 a生巨柏幼苗为试验材料,设计1 a生移植(1-4苗)和2 a生移植(2-3苗)2个处理,测定其生长、光合及根系指标。在同一温室环境、密度(撒播)和株行距20×20 cm的条件下,分2批移植至棚外同一块试验田中,在试验田内完成对巨柏移植苗的生长、光合测量及根系的取样工作。结果显示:(1)1 a生移植苗在苗高、地径及生物量方面均显著优于2 a生移植苗。具体而言,1-4苗的苗高为203.18 cm,地径为34.16 mm,生物量为3.83 g,分别约为2-3苗的1.69、1.96、1.68倍。(2)1-4苗的光合能力也更强,其光饱和点为1517.63μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),最大净光合速率为12.53μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),均高于2-3苗(1408.15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和9.78μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))。(3)在根系指标方面,1-4苗同样表现优异,其根系长度、表面积、体积、生物量以及组织密度均优于2-3苗,显示出更发达的根系结构,有助于吸收更多的水分和养分,促进幼苗的生长。(4)巨柏移植苗在不同移植年限下根系指标差异明显,1-4苗的根系长度、表面积、体积、生物量以及组织密度均优于2-3苗。可得结论,巨柏幼苗1 a生时移植比2 a生时移植更有利于苗木移植后生长。This study was conducted to investigate the differences in the growth status of Cupressus gigantea transplants at different years of transplantation,and Cupressus gigantea seedlings grown for five years were used as test materials.Growth,photosynthesis and root indexes were measured in two treatments:one-year transplant(1-4 seedlings)and two-year transplant(2-3 seedlings).Under the same greenhouse environment,density(sowing)and row spacing of 20 cm×20 cm,two batches were transplanted to the same experimental field outside the greenhouse,and the growth,photosynthesis measurements and root sampling of Cupressus gigantea transplants were accomplished in the experimental field.The results of the study showed that the one-year transplanted seedlings were significantly better than the two-year transplanted seedlings in terms of seedling height,diameter and biomass.Specifically,1-4 seedlings had a seedling height of 203.18 cm,a ground diameter of 34.16 mm,and a biomass of 3.83 g,which were approximately 1.69,1.96,and 1.68 times that of 2-3 seedlings,respectively.In addition,the photosynthetic capacity of 1-4 seedlings was also stronger,with a light saturation point of 1517.63μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) and a maximum net photosynthetic rate of 12.53μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),which were higher than those of 1408.15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) and 9.78μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) in 2-3 seedlings.In terms of root system indexes,1-4 seedlings also performed well.Their root length,surface area,volume,biomass and tissue density were all better than those of 2-3 seedlings,showing a more developed root structure,which helped to absorb more water and nutrients and promote seedling growth.The root indexes of Cupressus gigantea transplants differed significantly in different years of transplantation,with the root length,surface area,volume,biomass and tissue density of 1-4 seedlings being better than those of 2-3 seedlings.The above results showed that the transplantation of Cupressus gigantea seedlings at one year of age was more favorable to the growth
