海外学界关于习近平文化思想的认知评析

摘　　要：习近平文化思想不仅在中国国内产生了深远影响,同时也引发了海外学界的一定关注。在一些海外学者看来,习近平文化思想既反映了中国对世界变局的深刻洞察,又对当代中国社会文化需求作出有力回应。海外学者围绕坚持党的文化领导权、推动物质文明和精神文明协调发展、“两个结合”、坚定文化自信、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、促进全球文明交流互鉴等方面对习近平文化思想的核心内容展开分析。海外学者肯定习近平文化思想的重大理论和现实意义,认为这一思想实现了马克思主义文化理论新发展,赋予中华优秀传统文化新内涵,为人类文明的发展进步汇聚智慧力量。针对海外学界研究现状,应加强习近平文化思想的国际传播,提升习近平文化思想的国际影响力,牢牢掌握解读中国思想、中国理论的国际话语权。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has not only had a profound impact within China but also drawn certain at-tention from the overseas academic circles.In the eyes of some overseas scholars,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture reflects China′s profound insights into the changing global landscape and also makes a powerful response to the social and cultural needs of contemporary China.Overseas scholars analyze the core content of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture around aspects such as adhering to the Party′s cultural leadership,promoting the coordinated development of material and spiritual civiliza-tions,"two combinations",strengthening cultural confidence,cultivating and practicing the core socialist values,and fa-cilitating exchanges and mutual learning among global civilizations.Overseas scholars affirm the significant theoretical and practical significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,believing that this thought has achieved new development in Marxist cultural theory,endowed Chinese excellent traditional culture with new connotations,and gathered wisdom and strength for the development and progress of human civilization.In light of the current research situation in the overseas academic cir-cles,efforts should be made to strengthen the international dissemination of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,enhance its in-ternational influence,and firmly grasp the international discourse power in interpreting Chinese thoughts and theories.
