基于“诸阳脉皆上至头”探讨阳经取穴治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

摘　　要：“诸阳脉皆上至头”强调了人体阳经上行至头,与脑腑相联系。缺血性脑卒中是脑组织损伤的急性致死性疾病。基于“经脉-脏腑相关”理论,临床多从阳经取穴治疗缺血性脑卒中。本文基于“经脉-脏腑相关”理论对“诸阳脉皆上至头”进行探讨,结合阳经穴位的现代研究,从神经网络、脑血管功能、大脑代谢、中枢免疫功能、细胞死亡五个方面综述阳经取穴治疗缺血性脑卒中的现代生物学机制研究进展,以期为阳经联络脑腑的经络特点的科学性提供现代理论支持,促进现代生物学机制研究转化,提高针灸临床疗效。“All yang meridians ascend to the head”emphasizes that the yang meridians ascend to the head and are connected with the brain.Ischemic stroke is an acute fatal disease caused by brain tissue injury.Based on the theory of“meridian-viscera correlation”,clinical treatment for ischemic stroke often involves selecting acupuncture acupoints along the yang meridians.Based on the theory of“meridian-viscera correlation”,this paper explores“all yang meridians ascend to the head”and reviews the research progress of modern biological mechanism of treating ischemic stroke with yang meridian acupoints selection from five aspects of brainneural networks,cerebrovascular function,brain metabolism,central immune function,and cell death,based on the modern research on the existing yang meridian acupoints,with a prospect of providing modern theoretical support for the scientific characteristics of yang meridians and collaterals,promoting the transformation of modern biological mechanism research,and improving the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
