摘　　要：复杂性泌尿系感染属于淋证范畴,余仁欢教授认为其病属本虚标实,根本病机为脾肾亏虚、膀胱湿热、肝郁气滞、肾络瘀阻,治疗以健脾益肾、清热利湿、疏肝行气、化瘀通淋为宗,不同情况的复杂性泌尿系感染根据虚实、缓急不同而有针对性地组方遣药。系统总结余仁欢教授对此病的认识,归纳5种常见复杂性泌尿系感染的详尽诊疗思路,并附验案1则。Complex urinary tract infection belongs to the category of“stranguria”.Professor YU Renhuan believes that it is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality and the pathogenesis of the disease is spleen and kidney deficiency,bladder damp-heat,liver qi stagnation and kidney collateral stasis.The treatment should be based on reinforcing the spleen and invigorating the kidney,clearing heat and dampness,soothing liver and regulating qi,removing blood stasis and promoting drenching.Different complex urinary tract infections should be treated according to different situations of deficiency and excess and urgency.This paper systematically summarizes Professor YU Renhuan’s understanding of this disease,summarizes the detailed diagnosis and treatment ideas of 5 common types of complex urinary tract infections,and one proven cases is attached to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
