摘　　要：成人斯蒂尔病是一组以发热、关节疼痛和(或)关节炎、皮疹、肌痛、白细胞增多为主要表现的综合征,多发病急骤、病情较重,易反复发作,严重影响患者的生活质量及生命健康。唐先平教授总结多年临床经验,运用病证结合(专病专方)模式诊治成人斯蒂尔病,认为该病归属于痹病范畴,病机特点为气阴两亏、湿热痰瘀互结,治疗当益气养阴、清热利湿解毒、化痰祛瘀通络,创制了专病专方青竹汤,临床灵活加减,疗效颇佳。Adult Onset Still’s Disease(AOSD)is a group of syndromes,which are mainly associated with fever,joint pain,and(or)arthritis,rash,myalgia and leukocytosis,as well as sudden and acute onset,serious illness,easy to relapse,which seriously affect the quality of life and health of patients.TANG Xianping summarizes his many years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of AOSD by applying combination of disease and syndrome model(specific disease and specific prescription)and believes that the disease belongs to the“arthralgia”category,the pathogenesis is characterized by deficiency of qi and yin,intermingled dampness-heat and phlegm stasis,the treatment should focus on nourishing qi and yin,clearing heat,reducing dampness and detoxification,eliminating phlegm,removing stasis and dredging collaterals,and a specific prescription for the specific disease is prescribed—Qingzhu Decoction(青竹汤),which achieves good curative effect with clinical flexibile modification.
