摘　　要：研习《针灸大成》关于膈角交经法理论的论述,查阅相关手法的现代文献论述,对手法具体操作及作用特点进行归纳总结。杨继洲对前人针刺手法进行整理及注解,并在此基础上形成了自己手法特点及理论体系。膈角交经法根据患者病情之虚实寒热的不同,辨证施治,具有交通气血、扶正祛邪之效。但目前临床上对针法的应用及研究较少,深入挖掘该针法的理论内涵及操作要点,结合现代针灸临床实际开展规范化操作治疗1例突发性耳聋患者。Studying the discussion on the theory of the method of crossing meridian at diaphragm angle in Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.Consulting the modern literature discussion on the relevant techniques,and summarizing the specific operation and function characteristics of the method of crossing meridian at diaphragm angle.YANG Jizhou sorted out and annotated of acupuncture manipulation,and formed his own acupuncture manipulation characteristics and manipulation system on the basis of predecessors.The method of crossing meridian at diaphragm angle treats diseases according to different conditions and syndrome differentiation,which has the effect of communicating qi and blood,strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens.But there are few clinical applications and studies on this acupuncture method.In the future,the theoretical connotation and operational points of this method should be further explored,standardized operation research should be carried out in combination with modern clinical practice of acupuncture,a case of sudden deafness was treated.
