中医药治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征研究现状

摘　　要：儿童难治性肾病综合征(RNS)指患儿对激素产生依赖,或激素治疗无效,或治疗虽有效果,但后期复发,难以痊愈。中医治疗从肝、脾、肺、肾入手,辨证施治,能有效提高患儿生存质量。本文对近年中医药治疗儿童难治性肾病的研究进行检索,从病因病机、分证分期论治、经典方剂、各家经验以及中医外治法等方面,综述中医药治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征的研究现状,为临床治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征提供理论依据。参考文献32篇。Pediatric refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS)refers to the dependence on hormones after systematic and standardized hormone therapy,or hormone therapy is ineffective,or the treatment is effective but relapses in the later stage,and it is difficult to heal.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment starts from the liver,spleen,lungs and kidneys,and treats them with syndrome differentiation,which can improve the quality of life of children.This article retrieves the researches on the TCM treatment of pediatric RNS in recent years,and reviews the research status of TCM treatment of pediatric RNS from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,staging and treatment,classic prescriptions,experiences of various schools,and external treatment methods of TCM,etc,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of pediatric RNS.There are 32 references.
