罗沙司他联合多糖铁复合物治疗老年CKD合并肾性贫血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨罗沙司他联合多糖铁复合物治疗老年慢性肾脏病(CKD)合并肾性贫血患者的临床疗效。方法:选取90例老年CKD合并肾性贫血患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为联合组和常规组,每组各45例。联合组患者给予罗沙司他联合多糖铁复合物治疗;常规组患者给予多糖铁复合物治疗,疗程均为2个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、贫血指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)和红细胞压积(Hct)]、铁代谢指标[血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清转铁蛋白(TRF)和转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组患者治疗总有效率高于常规组(93.33%vs.71.11%,P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,联合组患者Hb、RBC、Hct、SF、TRF及TSAT水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(15.56%vs.11.11%,P>0.05)。结论:罗沙司他联合多糖铁复合物治疗老年CKD合并肾性贫血的疗效确切,有利于缓解患者的贫血症状,改善铁代谢情况,且有较好的安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of roxadustat combined with polysaccharide iron complex in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)complicated with renal anemia.Methods:90 elderly patients with CKD complicated with renal anemia were selected as the research objects,and divided into the combined group and the conventional group according to different treatment methods,45 cases in each group.They were treated with roxadustat+polysaccharide iron complex and simple polysaccharide iron complex,respectively,the course of treatment was 2 months.The clinical efficacy,anemia indicators[hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),and hematocrit(Hct)],iron metabolism indicators[serum ferritin(SF),serum transferrin(TRF),and transferrin saturation(TSAT)],and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.33%,and that of the conventional group was 71.11%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of Hb,RBC and HCT,SF,TRF and TSAT in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in 7 cases(15.56%)in the combined group and 5 cases(11.11%)in the conventional group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Roxadustat combined with polysaccharide iron complex is effective in the treatment of elderly CKD patients with renal anemia,which is conducive to alleviating the symptoms of anemia,improving iron metabolism,and has good safety.
