摘　　要：目的:探讨互动干预模式对肾病综合征(NS)患儿生活质量及家属疾病认知和心理状态的影响。方法:选取524例NS患儿(每例患儿对应1名家属)为研究对象,依据干预模式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各262例。观察组患儿给予互动干预模式干预;对照组患儿给予常规护理模式干预,干预时间均为3个月。比较两组患儿干预3个月后饮食依从率、干预前及干预3个月后生活质量[儿童生存质量核心表(PedsQL)评分]、家属疾病知晓率及心理状态[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分]。结果:干预3个月后,观察者患儿饮食依从率、患儿家属疾病知晓率、PedsQL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:互动干预模式能有效提高患儿饮食依从性,改善生活质量,提高患儿家属对疾病的认知,改善家属心理状态,促进患儿康复。Objective:To analyze the impact of interactive intervention mode on children s quality of life with nephrotic syndrome(NS)and the disease cognition and psychological status of their families.Methods:524 children with NS were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(interactive intervention mode)and control group(conventional intervention method)according to different nursing methods,262 cases in each group.The intervention time for each group was 3 months.The dietary compliance rate of children after 3 months of intervention,changes in quality of life[Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory(PedsQL)],and disease awareness rate and psychological status[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)]of family members before intervention and after 3 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The dietary compliance rate of children,disease awareness rate of family members of children and PedsQL scores of children in observation group were higher than those in control group after 3 months of intervention(P<0.05),while the HAMD score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interactive intervention model can effectively enhance the dietary compliance,enhance their quality of life,increase their family members awareness of the disease,improve their psychological state,and promote their recovery.
