摘 要:试验应用多基因聚合技术,将母本材料番茄13485(含Tm-1、Mi-1)与父本材料番茄高代自交系13065(含Ty-2、Ty-3、I-2、Ph-2、Ph-3)相互杂交。利用分子标记辅助选择(MAS)技术对杂交后代的F6代群体,共记653个单株,在苗期分别进行抗病基因和人工接菌检测,最终得到12份含有7个纯合抗病基因抗5种病害的材料,10份抗5种病害且所含7个抗病基因除Ty-3外均纯合的材料,5份抗5种病害且所含7个抗病基因除Ph-3外均纯合的材料,1份抗病基因不具有Ph-2但有Ph-3的抗5种病害的纯合材料,4份抗病基因不具有Ty-3但有Ty-2的抗5种病害的纯合材料,4份抗病基因不具有Ty-2但有Ty-3的抗5种病害的纯合材料,以上材料的分子检测结果与田间接菌鉴定吻合度在85%以上。研究结果对番茄多抗品种的选育具有一定生产实践意义。This experiment used multi gene aggregation technology to hybridize the maternal material tomato 13485(including Tm-1、Mi-1)with the paternal material tomato high-level inbred line 13065(including Ty-2、Ty-3、I-2、Ph-2、Ph-3).Using molecular marker assisted selection(MAS)technology,a total of 653 individu-al plants were recorded in the F6 population of hybrid offspring,and disease resistance genes and artificial in-oculation were detected during the seedling stage,finally,12 materials containing 7 homozygous disease resist-ance genes were obtained to resist 5 diseases,10 materials resistant to 5 diseases and containing 7 disease re-sistant genes that are homozygous except Ty-3,5 materials resistant to 5 diseases and containing 7 disease re-sistant genes that are homozygous except for Ph-3,a homozygous material with Ph-3 resistance to five diseases and no Ph-2 resistance gene,4 homozygous materials with Ty-3 genes but Ty-2 genes resistant to five disea-ses,4 homozygous materials with Ty-3 resistance to 5 diseases but no Ty-2 resistance genes,the molecular de-tection results of the above materials have a consistency of over 85%with the field inoculation identification.Therefore,this study has certain practical significance for the breeding of tomato multi resistant varieties.
