摘 要:竹叶花椒是重要的经济作物,但自然情况下其种子的发芽率极低,研究提高竹叶花椒种子萌发的技术措施,将为竹叶花椒的推广应用提供重要依据。以四川省自贡市竹叶花椒种子为试验材料,设置2.5%碳酸钠脱脂浸泡时间梯度为6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h;6-BA植物激素浓度梯度为200、400、600、800 mg/L及浸泡时间梯度为12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h,通过正交试验设计,进行处理,并测量计算不同处理对竹叶花椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、萌发时滞、发芽持续天数、芽干重、根干重和物质转化率共9项发芽指标的影响。结果发现:16种处理组中,以第8组处理(2.5%浓度碳酸钠浸泡12 h,600 mg/L 6-BA浸种36 h)的综合表现最好,其对竹叶花椒的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、物质转化率提升最高,与CK组相比分别提高了4倍、5.6倍、8倍、4.2倍、1.1倍,萌发时滞、芽干重、根干重与CK相比分别提升了1.58倍、1.45倍、1.33倍。综合考虑,选择2.5%碳酸钠脱脂处理12 h,600 mg/L的6-BA浸种36 h最有利于竹叶花椒种子萌发。The Zanthoxylum armatum DC.,an important economic crop,has very low germination rates for its seeds under natural conditions.Researching technical measures to improve the germination of Zanthoxylum armatum DC.seeds will provide a crucial basis for its promotion and application.This experiment used Zan-thoxylum armatum DC.seeds from Zigong City,Sichuan Province,as the experimental material.Sodium car-bonate degreasing was applied at a concentration of 2.5%with soaking time gradients of 6 h,12 h,24 h,and 48 h;the gradients for 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)plant hormone concentration were 200,400,600,and 800 mg/L,along with soaking time gradients of 12 h,24 h,36 h,and 48 h.Through orthogonal experimental design,treatments were applied,and the effects of different treatments on nine germination indicators of Zan-thoxylum armatum DC.seeds,including germination rate,germination vigor,germination index,vigor index,latency to germination,duration of germination,dry weight of shoots,dry weight of roots,and substance trans-formation rate,were measured and calculated.The results showed that among the 16 treatment groups,the 8 th group treatment(soaking in 2.5%sodium carbonate for 12 h,and 600 mg/L 6-BA for 36 h)exhibited the best overall performance.It significantly enhanced the germination rate,germination vigor,germination index,vigor index,and substance transformation rate of Zanthoxylum armatum DC.seeds by 4 times,5.6 times,8 times,4.2 times,and 1.1 times,respectively,compared to the control group.The latency to germination,dry weight of shoots,and dry weight of roots were increased by 1.58 times,1.45 times,and 1.33 times,re-spectively,compared to the control.Considering all factors,it was concluded that a 12-hours treatment with 2.5%sodium carbonate degreasing,followed by a 36-hours soak in 600 mg/L 6-BA,is most conducive to the germination of Zanthoxylum armatum DC.seeds.
