摘　　要：循环利用汽车零部件包装,一方面可有效降低零件包装费用,另一方面还可降低包装闲置率,对企业处理因车型停产或减产导致的富余包装器具具有较高的经济价值。针对金属类包装器具,上汽大众以循环利用前提,分析整体循环利用的必要性和经济性,建立整体循环利用的流程,并进行了一系列循环应用实践。同时,进一步研究了器具部件循环利用的方案,总结部件循环利用的经济性测算方法及相关建议,为后续部件循环利用打下了坚实基础。Recycling of auto parts packaging,on the one hand,can effectively reduce the cost of parts packaging,on the other hand,can also reduce the idle rate of packaging,and has a high economic value for enterprises to deal with the surplus packaging equipment caused by vehicle production suspension or production reduction.Based on the premise of recycling,SAIC Volkswagen analyzed the necessity and economy of the overall recycling,established the overall recycling process,and carried out a series of recycling application practices.At the same time,the paper further studies the scheme of appliance parts recycling,summarizes the economic calculation method of parts recycling and relevant suggestions,and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent parts recycling.
