摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌在全世界的感染率居高不下,早期防治幽门螺杆菌感染至关重要。防治幽门螺杆菌感染的首要任务是抗黏附,中医药抗黏附靶点多样,优势明显。幽门螺杆菌的黏附机制主要有酸适应、黏附素与受体结合及胃内微生态改变。中医药抗黏附的作用机制可分为构建胃黏膜屏障、抑制幽门螺杆菌黏附素表达及改变幽门螺杆菌生存环境的直接抗黏附和提高机体免疫力的间接抗黏附。现综述近年来中医药抗幽门螺杆菌黏附的药效机制,旨在为幽门螺杆菌黏附机制研究和中医药防治幽门螺杆菌感染提供新思路。The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori remains high worldwide,and early prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection is crucial.The primary task of prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection is anti-adhesion,and the anti-adhesion targets of traditional Chinese medicine are diverse and have obvious advantages.The adhesion mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori mainly include acid adaptation,adhesin binding to receptors,and changes in gastric microecology.The mechanism of anti-adhesion in traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into direct anti-adhesion to build gastric mucosal barrier,inhibit the expression of Helicobacter pylori adhesion and change the living environment of H.pylori and indirect anti-adhesion to improve the body's immunity.This article reviews the pharmacodynamic mechanism of TCM against H.pylori adhesion in recent years,aiming to provide new ideas for the study of H.pylori adhesion mechanism and the prevention and treatment of H.pylori infection with TCM.
