摘 要:[目的]明确麦叶蜂发生为害规律,筛选对麦叶蜂防治效果较好的杀虫剂,为麦叶蜂防控提供科学依据。[方法]采用定点调查、室内叶片浸渍法和田间药效试验,明确麦叶蜂田间种群消长规律及4种杀虫剂对麦叶蜂的室内生物活性和田间防治效果。[结果]2017—2018年麦叶蜂幼虫发生高峰期在4月中下旬。室内药后48 h,25 g/L溴氰菊酯乳油6.25~100 mg/L用量处理、200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂62.50~2000 mg/L用量处理、22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂2530、5060 mg/L用量处理对麦叶蜂的致死率均超过75.00%。田间药后7 d时,25 g/L溴氰菊酯乳油9.375 g a.i./hm^(2)、200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂30.00 g a.i./hm^(2)、22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂75.90 g a.i./hm^(2)和70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂42.00 g a.i./hm^(2)对麦叶蜂幼虫的防治效果在84.13%~97.77%之间。[结论]麦叶蜂幼虫发生高峰期在4月中下旬,25 g/L溴氰菊酯乳油、200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂和70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂对麦叶蜂幼虫具有较好的防治效果,可在大田轮换使用。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the damage patterns of the wheat sawflies,screen insecticides with superior control efficacy,and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of them.[Methods]Fixed-point survey method,laboratory leaf immersion method and field efficacy trial were employed to ascertain the population dynamics of the wheat sawfly in the field and to evaluate the laboratory activity and field control efficacy of 4 insecticides against the wheat sawfly.[Results]The population of wheat sawfly occurrence in 2017-2018 was in mid to late April.48 Hours after laboratory treatment,the mortality of the larvae treated with deltamethrin 25 g/L EC at 6.25-100 mg/L,chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC at 62.50-2000 mg/L,and sulfoxaflor 22%SC at 2530 and 5060 mg/L all exceeded 75.00%.On day 7 after field application,deltamethrin 25 g/L EC at 9.375 g a.i./ha,chloranthramide 200 g/L SC at 30.00 g a.i./ha,fsulfoxaflor 22%SC at 75.90 g a.i./ha and imidacloprid 70%WG at 42.00 g a.i./ha had control efficacy of 84.13%-97.77%against the larvae of wheat sawfly.[Conclusions]The peak occurrence of wheat sawfly larvae is in mid to late April.Insecticides such as deltamethrin 25 g/L EC,chlorantraniliprole 200 g/L SC,sulfoxaflor 22%SC and imidacloprid 70%WG demonstrate effective control against wheat sawfly larvae and can be rotated for use in the field.
