摘 要:调查种子园各母树的物候特性、结实量、种子特性及子代生长量,进而给予科学评价,为种子园的改造选择优良母树,这是林木种子园改良的重要程序。以白桦(Betula platyphylla)三倍体制种园中的四倍体及二倍体为研究对象,开展家系间物候特性、结实量、种子特性及子代生长量的比较研究。结果表明:白桦三倍体制种园中母树的花期大体一致,白桦半同胞家系的种子千粒重、种子活力的相关指标在不同家系间均达到了极显著的差异;白桦四倍体家系间的苗高与地径均存在极显著的差异,四倍体苗高相差较大,大多数四倍体苗高平均值低于二倍体,而地径平均值大于二倍体。综合分析多项指标后,确定2-1、2-13、2-47为白桦强化种子园中的优良母树。Investigating the phenological characteristics,fruit set,seed traits,and progeny growth of each plus-tree in a seed orchard,and then providing a scientific evaluation to select superior plus-trees for the improvement of the seed orchard is an essential procedure in the amelioration of tree seed orchards.This study focuses on the tetraploids and diploids in a triploid Betula platyphylla seed orchard,conducting a comparative study on the phenological characteristics,fruit set,seed traits,and progeny growth between different families.The results indicate that the flowering period of the plus-trees in the triploid Betula platyphylla seed orchard is generally consistent.The thousand-seed weight and seed vigor indicators of the half-sibling families of Betula platyphylla showed extremely significant differences among different families.There were also extremely significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter among the tetraploid families,with the tetraploid seedlings being generally taller but with a larger ground diameter compared to the diploids,and most tetraploid seedlings had a lower average height than diploids,while their average ground diameter was greater.After a comprehensive analysis of multiple indicators,2-1,2-13,and 2-47 were identified as superior plus-trees in the intensified Betula platyphylla seed orchard.
