长三角城市创新网络与区域经济增长的时空特征及其作用机制分析

摘　　要：创新网络是推动区域创新和区域经济增长的重要动力,创新网络对区域经济增长的作用机制成为经济地理学研究的重要方向。文章以长三角地区41个城市为例,基于incoPat专利数据库2010-2021年合作发明专利申请数据与社会经济统计面板数据,借助ArcGIS、MaxDEA、Stata等定量分析工具,探究了长三角城市创新网络空间结构演变、区域经济增长动态特征以及创新网络对区域经济增长的作用机制。研究发现,长三角创新网络联系度不断增强,城市内与城市间两类创新网络的空间结构具有高度相似性,呈现以合肥-南京-上海-杭州-宁波沿线为核心的Z字形空间结构;长三角区域经济增长水平总体较高且处于较稳定的状态,以上海为核心的都市圈已成为长三角区域经济增长的强劲动力源;长三角区域经济增长主要受城市间创新网络的正向影响,而城市内创新网络对区域经济增长的作用不显著,但城市内创新网络可以通过获取本地隐性知识,从而为城市间创新网络提供较好补充。Innovation network is an important driver in promoting regional innovation and economic growth,and the action mechanism of innovation network on regional economic growth becomes a hot topic in the economic geography study.Taking 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta as an example,based on the patent data of cooperative inventions in the incoPat patent database as well as the panel data of socio-economic statistics from 2010 to 2021,and with the help of quantitative analysis tools such as ArcGIS,MaxDEA and Stata,this paper analyzes the spatial structure evolution of innovation network,dynamic characteristics of regional economic growth,and the action mechanism of innovation network on regional economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta cities.The results show that the innovation networks in the Yangtze River Delta are increasingly connected,and the spatial structures of two types of intra-city and inter-city innovation networks are highly similar,showing a Z-shaped spatial structure with Hefei-Nanjing-Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo as the core.The regional economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta in general is relatively high and remains stable,and the metropolitan area with Shanghai as the core has become a strong driver for regional economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta.Regional economic growth is mainly positively influenced by the inter-city innovation networks,while intra-city innovation networks have no significant effect on regional economic growth.However,intra-city innovation networks can complement inter-city innovation networks by acquiring local tacit knowledge.
