摘 要:船舶航行除了考虑燃料的低碳属性外,还需要充分考虑长续航、低成本、安全可靠等多因素。在当前其他替代燃料应用受限的情况下,使用资源充足、供应便利的LNG成为了未来一段时间内船舶燃料的主要选择之一。参照现有自愿减排方法学编制规范,提出了船舶加注燃料替代型方法学,将LNG替代柴油的减排效果量化开发成碳资产在碳市场出售,提高项目的经济性,强化LNG作为交通运输能源的吸引力;通过举例验证方法学的适用性和LNG减排潜力。未来可作为自愿减排市场中交易量的核算方法,有效推进港口行业的节能减排和绿色港口建设。In addition to considering the low-carbon attributes of fuel,ship navigation also needs to fully consider such factors as long range,low cost,safety and reliability.In the current situation where the application of other alternative fuels is limited,the use of LNG energy,which has sufficient resources and convenient supply,has become one of the main choices for ship fuel in the coming period.This paper refers to existing voluntary emission reduction methodology development standards,proposes a development plan for alternative methodologies for ship refueling,quantifies and develops the emission reduction effect of LNG substitution for diesel into a carbon asset to be sold in the carbon market in which not only improves the project’s economic efficiency but also boosts the appeal of LNG as a transportation fuel,and demonstrates the applicability of the methodology and the emission reduction potential of LNG through examples.In the future,the methodology can be used as an accounting method for the trading volume in the voluntary emission reduction market,to effectively promote energy saving and emission reduction in the port industry and the construction of green ports.
