摘 要:以机械活化垃圾焚烧渣为原料制备了高强混凝土制品,研究了机械球磨活化时间对废渣结构的影响规律,探讨了活化废渣改性混凝土制品的水化机理,测试了样品氯离子扩散系数与耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能。结果表明,延长活化时间细化了废渣的颗粒,破坏矿物的晶体结构,继而激发其火山灰活性。在碱性的水化环境下,溶出的活性硅铝分别与氢氧化钙反应,生成水化硅酸钙与水化铝酸钙。该反应细化了样品的孔径,提高了砂浆硬化后的致密度,有助于改善样品的抗SO_4^(2-)及Cl^(-)侵蚀性能。用活化4 h后的垃圾焚烧渣改性混凝土制品,养护28 d后试样的抗压强度大于80 MPa,符合CECS 104—1999《高强混凝土结构技术规程》中C50~C80等级标准。样品的氯离子扩散系数为4.57×10^(-12)m^(2)/s,抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能满足GB/T 50476—2019《混凝土结构耐久性设计标准》规定的临界值,该研究结果为垃圾焚烧渣的高效利用提供了理论依据。High strength concrete products were prepared with mechanically activated incineration slag as modified additive.The effect of activation time on the structure of waste slag was studied,and the hydration mechanism of activated waste slag modified concrete products was explored.Besides,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and sulfate corrosion resistance of the samples were evaluated.The results showed that prolonging the activation time could stimulate the volcanic ash activity by refining the particle size of the waste slag and destroying the crystal structure of the mineral.In the alkaline hydration environment,calcium silicate hydrate and calcium aluminate hydrate was generated between the reaction of the dissolved active aluminum silicate and calcium hydroxide,thus refining the pore size and improving SO_(4)^(2-)and Cl-corrosion resistance.The 28 d compressive strength of concrete products modified with 4 h activation incineration slag was greater than 80 MPa,meeting the requirements of grade C50~C80 in the CECS 104—1999“technical specification for high strength concrete structures”.Meanwhile,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient reached 4.57×10^(-12) m^(2)/s,and sulfate resistance of concrete met the critical value in the GB/T 50476—2019“durability design standards for concrete structures”.Consequently,the research results provided new ideas for the efficient utilization of waste incineration residue.
