温利抗衰方联合西药治疗心力衰竭急性加重期的临床探究

摘　　要：目的探究温利抗衰方联合西药治疗心力衰竭急性加重期的临床效果。方法选取心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者100例,采用随机分组的方法进行分组,其中对照组(50例)给予利尿、扩血管等治疗,观察组(50例)在利尿、扩血管等治疗的基础上给予温利抗衰方治疗,治疗2个疗程。通过对比两组的临床疗效、生活质量评分、理化指标、6 min步行距离等指标,并进行疗效评价。结果观察组总有效率为92.00%,与对照组(74.00%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照相比,治疗后观察组6 min步行距离延长(t=2.376,P<0.05),血清NT-pro BNP明显降低(t=48.621,P<0.05),生活质量评分明显降低(t=6.753,P<0.05)。结论温利抗衰方联合西药治疗心力衰竭急性加重期患者疗效明确,总有效率高,能大大提高患者的心功能,运动耐力及生活质量明显改善,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenli Kangshuai prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute aggravation of heart failure.Methods 100 cases of acute aggravation of heart failure patients with Yang-deficiency water syndrome were selected and divided into groups by random grouping.The control group(50 cases)received diuresis and vasodilation treatment,and the observation group(50 cases)received Wenli Kangshuai prescription intervention therapy on the basis of diuresis and vasodilation treatment,and the treatment 2 course in total.By comparing the clinical efficacy,quality of life score,physical and chemical indicators,6-minute walking distance and other indicators of the two groups,and evaluate the curative effect.Results The total rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was clinically significant compared with the control group(74.00%,P<0.05);after treatment,the walking distance of the observation group was prolonged for 6 minutes(t=2.376,P<0.05),the serum NT-pro BNP was significantly reduced(t=48.621,P<0.05),and the quality of life score was significantly reduced(t=6.753,P<0.05).Conclusion Wenli Kangshuai prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute aggravation of heart failure has clear curative effect and high total effective rate,which can greatly improve patients'heart function,exercise endurance and quality of life,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
