摘　　要：目的针对意外体温过低症,设置和实施专项救护培训课程,并探索其应用效果。方法通过专家会议法拟定培训课程方案,遴选我院30名应急医疗队医护人员为研究对象,实施培训。比较培训前后的理论测试成绩、操作考核成绩以及评价学员满意度。结果培训后学员理论成绩、操作成绩均高于培训前(P<0.001),并对整体培训感到满意。结论实施意外体温过低症救护培训课程能够有效提高医护人员特殊伤情救护能力,为应急医疗队培训提供参考。Objective In view of accidental hypothermia,special rescue training course was set up and implemented,and its application effect was explored.Methods Developed a training course program through the expert meeting method,and selected 30 emergency medical team healthcare workers from our hospital as the study subjects to implement the training.The theoretical scores and operational scores before and after training were compared,and the satisfaction of students was evaluated.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the trainees were significantly higher after the training than before(P<0.001),and they were satisfied with the overall training.Conclusion Constructing the training course of rescue of accidental hypothermia can effectively improve the rescue ability of medical staff in special injury,and provide reference for the training of emergency team.
