摘 要:延保服务是新能源汽车整车厂商、经销商的重要利润来源之一,因此对延保服务供应链运营模式进行研究也很有必要。首先,分别分析传统燃油车和新能源汽车代表性的汽车企业延保服务发展现状;其次,从延保服务参与主体与供应链结构和延保服务供应链运营流程入手分析新能源汽车延保服务供应链运营模式;再次,以国内外具有代表性的新能源汽车品牌比亚迪和特斯拉为例,对其延保服务供应链运营模式进行比较分析;最后,形成对新能源汽车延保服务供应链运营管理的启示,从采用自营定制化与第三方相结合的延保服务提供方式、建立多方参与的延保服务供应链运营体系、完善线上与线下相结合的延保服务流程三个方面,为新能源汽车延保服务策略设计和供应链运营管理优化提供参考。Extended warranty service is an important source of profit for new energy vehicle manufacturers and distributors,and it is also necessary to study the supply chain operation mode of extended warranty service.Firstly,we select representative vehicle brand in the market and analyze the traditional fuel vehicle extended warranty service model and the new energy vehicle extended warranty service model separately;secondly,we analyze the characteristics of the operation mode of the extended warranty service supply chain for new energy vehicle from three aspects:the participants in the extended warranty service,the structure of the extended warranty service supply chain,and the extended warranty service process;thirdly,we take representative new energy vehicle brand BYD and Tesla as examples,a comparative analysis is conducted on their extended warranty service supply chain operation models;finally,the inspiration for the operation and management of the new energy vehicle extended warranty service supply chain is formed,which provides reference for enterprises in formulating extended warranty service strategies and supply chain operation management from three aspects:adopting a combination of customized and third-party cooperation for extended warranty provision;establishing an extended warranty service supply chain operation system with multi-party participation subject cooperation;improving the operation process of online and offline extended warranty service.
