摘　　要：党中央要求提升能源产业链供应链安全保障能力。本文对我国能源消费与生产现状进行分析,而后以石油供应链为例,分析其面临的挑战,具体为:需求和供应不匹配、对外依存度高、运输方式单一等,并对此提出了加强勘探和开发、加快能源生产和消费结构转型、优化产业链布局、推动进口来源多元化、加强国际合作、推动运输网络多样化以及增强市场风险识别能力等应对策略,以提升我国石油供应链的安全性和稳定性。The CPC Central Committee requires to improve the security guarantee ability of the energy industrial chain and supply chain.This paper analyzes the current situation of energy consumption and production in China,and then takes the oil supply chain as an example to analyze the challenges it faces,such as:mismatch between demand and supply,high dependence on foreign countries,and single modes of transport.In response to these problems,put forward countermeasures such as strengthening exploration and development,accelerating the transformation of energy production and consumption structure,optimizing the distribution of industrial chains,diversifying import sources,strengthening international cooperation,diversifying transport networks,and enhancing the ability to identify market risks to enhance the security and stability of China's oil supply chain.
