摘 要:提出和发展新质生产力是对马克思主义生产力理论的继承与创新,对推动经济和促进教育有着重要的指导意义。新质生产力发展的关键是培育新质人才,强化现代化建设的人才支撑。深入理解新质生产力的内涵,明晰新质人才需要具备应用能力、创新能力,数字化力和新质服务力。探索加快新质人才的培养路径:一是强化应用,构建应用型人才培养模式;二是多措并举,加快创新型人才的培养;三是数字化转型,提升人才的数字化力;四是契合时代需求,发展人才的服务力,以培养符合时代发展需求的新质人才。The proposal and development of new quality productivity is an inheritance and innovation of Marxist productivity theory,which holds significant guiding implications for promoting the economy and education.The key to the development of new quality productivity lies in cultivating new quality talents and strengthening the talent support for modernization.It is essential to deeply understand the connotation of new quality productivity.It is clarifed that new quality productivity requires talents who not only possess application abilities and innovation capacities but also digital literacy and new quality service capabilities.Exploring ways to accelerate the cultivation of new quality talents:First,Strengthen application and build an application-oriented talent training model;second,adopting multiple measures to expedite the cultivation of innovative talents;third,advancing digital transformation to enhance digital literacy;and fourth,aligning with the demands of the times to develop service capabilities,thereby nurturing new quality talents that meet the needs of contemporary development.
