摘 要:碳点作为一种新型碳基纳米荧光材料,具有优异的光学性质、良好的生物相容性、低毒性以及表面易功能化等优点,基于碳点构建的荧光传感器在重金属离子检测领域引起了广泛关注。本文介绍了合成碳点的常用方法,阐述了碳点基荧光传感器检测重金属离子的可能机理,主要包括静态猝灭效应、动态猝灭效应、荧光共振能量转移、内滤效应和光致电子转移等,着重介绍了近年来碳点基荧光传感器在Fe^(3+)、Fe^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Cr^(6+)、Au^(3+)和Hg^(2+)等重金属离子检测领域的研究现状,并指出了该领域需要进一步研究的方向。As a new type of carbon-based nano-fluorescent material,carbon dots have many advantages such as excellent optical properties,good biocompatibility,low toxicity and easy surface functionalization.Fluorescent sensors based on carbon dots have attracted wide attention in detection of heavy metal ions.This article first introduced the commonly used methods for synthesizing carbon dots,and then elaborated on the possible mechanism of carbon dots-based fluorescence sensors for detecting heavy metal ions,including static quenching effect,dynamic quenching effect,fluorescence resonance energy transfer,internal filtering effect,photo induced electron transfer,etc.Then,it focused on the research status of carbon dots-based fluorescence sensors in detection of heavy metal ions such asFe^(3+)、Fe^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Cr^(6+)、Au^(3+) and Hg^(2+),etc,both domestially and internationally.Finally,the further research directions in this field was pointed out.
