通用人工智能产业化何以影响生产关系?--一个政治经济学与产业经济学综合的视角  

How Does the Industrialization of Artificial General Intelligence Affect the Relations of Production?-A Comprehensive Perspective of Political Economics and Industrial Economics

摘　　要：通用人工智能的产业化临界表征着人类生产力的新时代,对于加快生产关系变革拥有现实上的可行性和机制上的逻辑性。具体而言,通用人工智能产业化发展趋势对生产力的突破主要集中于对生产要素的质性重塑,促使经济发展获得“量”的积累和“质”的突破。通用人工智能的产业化趋势通过企业经营要素的智能化重塑、产业组织结构的智能化进阶和政治经济领域的智能化调控,从微观、中观、宏观三个层面为加快变革生产关系提供了不竭动力。但是,位于临界点的人工智能产业化趋势在所有权结构、社会资源分配与再分配、空间秩序与伦理等层面存在消极影响,需要就通用人工智能本身提出进一步的解决策略。As a symbol of a new era of human productivity,the industrialization criticality of artificial general intelligence has realistic feasibility and logical coherence in accelerating the transformation of production relations.Specifically,the breakthrough of the development trend of the industrialization of artificial general intelligence in productivity mainly focuses on the qualitative reshaping of production factors,which promotes“quantitative”accumulation and“qualitative”breakthrough in economic development.Through the intelligent reshaping of enterprise elements,the intelligent advancement of industrial organization structure and the intelligent regulation and control of political and economic fields,the industrialization trend of artificial general intelligence provides an inexhaustible impetus for accelerating the transformation of production relations at the micro,meso and macro levels.However,the trend of AI industrialization at the critical point has negative impacts on ownership structure,social resource allocation and redistribution,spatial order and ethics,which further requires the proposal of solutions by artificial general intelligence.
